Our artworks come to life with embedded LED technology, featuring a discreet push-button switch and a compact 2xAA battery pack. The LEDs are designed to last up to 30 days when continuously on, but in real-world use, they are expected to provide months of enjoyment. All of our artwork is printed using museum-quality Giclee Fine Art techniques, made-to-order to preserve the intricate details and vibrant colors of every piece. We use Moab Lasal Photo Matte paper — an artist-grade material prized for its smooth finish and exceptional longevity.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
To ensure quick and safe delivery, all North American orders are produced and shipped from our facilities in California.
Most orders ship within 7 business days and typically arrive within 10–12 business days. However, due to high demand and the custom nature of our work, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipping.
You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your artwork is on its way.
Each artwork is custom-made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please email support@getlitart.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a replacement, include all three of the following photos in your email:
• The damaged product
• The interior packaging
• The exterior packaging
Orders reported after 14 days, or without complete photo documentation, will not qualify for replacement.
You may keep, donate, or discard the damaged piece — we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please check all areas around your delivery location, including your mailbox, front and back doors, and with neighbors or building staff.
If the package is still missing, email support@getlitart.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We’ll issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery or the expected delivery date will not qualify for replacement.
• Your product arrives visibly damaged during shipping.
• You receive the wrong product or size.
• The artwork has a manufacturing defect, such as a misprint, misalignment, or fading.
• The shipment is lost or stolen (reported within 14 days).
All of our work is hand-made and made-to-order. Because we don’t carry inventory, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.
