RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Each artwork is custom-made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please email support@getlitart.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a replacement, include all three of the following photos in your email:

• The damaged product
• The interior packaging
• The exterior packaging


Orders reported after 14 days, or without complete photo documentation, will not qualify for replacement.

You may keep, donate, or discard the damaged piece — we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Please check all areas around your delivery location, including your mailbox, front and back doors, and with neighbors or building staff.

If the package is still missing, email support@getlitart.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We’ll issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery or the expected delivery date will not qualify for replacement.

We offer replacements in the following cases:

• Your product arrives visibly damaged during shipping.
• You receive the wrong product or size.
• The artwork has a manufacturing defect, such as a misprint, misalignment, or fading.
• The shipment is lost or stolen (reported within 14 days).


All of our work is hand-made and made-to-order. Because we don’t carry inventory, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.
