We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
To ensure quick and safe delivery, all North American orders are produced and shipped from our facilities in California.
Most orders ship within 7 business days and typically arrive within 10–12 business days. However, due to high demand and the custom nature of our work, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipping.
You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your artwork is on its way.
Each artwork is custom-made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please email support@getlitart.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a replacement, include all three of the following photos in your email:
• The damaged product
• The interior packaging
• The exterior packaging
Orders reported after 14 days, or without complete photo documentation, will not qualify for replacement.
You may keep, donate, or discard the damaged piece — we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please check all areas around your delivery location, including your mailbox, front and back doors, and with neighbors or building staff.
If the package is still missing, email support@getlitart.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We’ll issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery or the expected delivery date will not qualify for replacement.

All of our work is hand-made and made-to-order. Because we don’t carry inventory, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.

The LED light is designed to last for up to 30 days of continuous use. With typical use of about 3 hours a day, the 2 AA batteries can last for approximately 250 days.
